maple and pecans

I made two of these lovely tarts to take to my in-laws and to my parent's for thanksgiving dinners (yes. dinners. two turkeys).
It's quite a simple recipe, and I always love food that includes maple and pecans at this time of year. It screams autumn to me.  It can be eaten cold or warm (and it goes great with ice-cream too!)
